Sandridge Elementary School in Chicago is rocked by a disturbing sex scandal. Principal Leroy Coleman engaged in sexual encounters on school grounds with at least four different women. Teacher Janet Lofton and teacher’s aide Anjayla Reed have both tendered their resignations over the firestorm caused by their involvement. Bizarrely enough, these encounters were secretly video taped by an unknown source, burned onto DVDs and sent to parents and media outlets. The district has no idea who filmed the footage but parents were already enraged with Principal Coleman’s mishandling of the school prior to this incident. The most shocking revelation is that members of the school board, including Steve Brewster, were aware of these allegations but said nothing and did not conduct an investigation.
